Click the three dots on the right side of the room, now the option ‘edit room’ should appear. Additionally to the icon for the room you can select a background image. This is important for the identification of the team with the company and task.
Background images should have a width between 1500 and 2000px, their height should be ca. 700-800px.
Pictures can be downloaded for free for example at unsplash.
Project rooms can be equipped with content even before meetings and workshops start, to have a smooth experience.
If you create a room it makes sense to equip the room with the tools you will need whilst being there.
The different attachment types
YouTube - attach a video to the room which can be viewed with other participants
Link - link to external tools or website (just paste the link there)
Etherpad - a text editor you can work with at the same time (i.e. Import/Export of Word-documents)
Excalidraw - your whiteboard or flip chart
