Make sure you can see if someone is knocking on your door or sending you a message.

Please make sure your speakers are on because if someone knocks or sends you a message ivCAMPUS makes a sound to notify you.

Notification settings needs to be made on two level

When ivCAMPUS is running in the background you nevertheless want to get a notification if a colleague knocks on your door or sends you a message.

There are two level and settings:

Level 1: Browser notifications

Level 2: Operating system notifications

Please activate notifications (pop-ups) in your browser.

Enable Browser Notifications

1. Important: Please check your windows or mac settings. You need to allow notifications for the browser you are using.

Enable system notifications

To check if this worked, ask a colleague to send you a message while you are in a different browser tab.
