ivCAMPUS is the place for communication and collaboration

You and your colleagues make it happen: Everything important takes place on ivCAMPUS and you’re in the mids of it. ivCAMPUS is a place not a tool. An empty office is boring - make sure your colleagues join the ivCAMPUS too.

Talking to each other in the virtual office of ivCAMPUS

There are three different ways like in real life:

a - Knocking a door

Click the icon with the hand knocking on a door. People in the room become notified and asked to let you in.

b - Opening the door of a public room

to enter a public room: Just double click on the name of the room and you’re getting in.

Alternatively you can click the three dots. There is an option to enter the room.

c- Waving to someone and calling them over

Once you see colleagues in this area you can send them an invitation to your room.

Hover/Move the mouse pointer over the profile image of your colleague. A waving hand will appear. Click on it and your colleague will receive a notification that he is invited to the room you are in.

Recommendation: Talk to each other.

Avoid to many chat dialogues.

We highly recommend to talk to each other. It’s much more efficient than long chat dialogues.

  • can lead to misunderstandings.
  • often take more time to come to a result than a quick 1:1 talk.
  • are asynchronous and thus require several times attention.
