Adjust the settings for the occasion
The title of the invitation is shown to the guest at the visitor entrance when he is asked to enter his name.
You can use the feature “recurring” events to allow guests to enter your virtual office as they wish if you set the times to your office hours.
You can add additional hosts. They will be notified as well if a visitor arrives, so that if one person is stuck in a meeting for a few more minutes or called in sick, a colleague can pick up the visitor.
If you chose direct as type for the invitation link, you can choose an area which the guests can enter directly without needing to be picked up.
Alternatively you can select “pick up”, in this case their is an individual greeting displayed to the guest and their host has to pick them up so they can enter the CAMPUS.
The guests also sees this message when the link is not valid anymore or not yet valid. Of course we will show your client your company logo instead of the CAMPUS logo.
In the invitations manager you can see the upcoming invitations in the left column and the recurring ones in the right column. By clicking the gear wheel you can either delete the invitations link or copy it to send via Email or a different messaging service.
Visitors notifications are now updated and include more details regarding the purpose of the visit and who are the other hosts that can meet the visitors.
You can send the visitor a memo or meet them from the notification box.
If another hosts has already meet the visitor, you see the details in the notification box in real time.
In this way, you will know if the visitors are already welcomed and by whom.
Visitor management therefore becomes much easier and intuitive, especially when you have multiple hosts that are in the office.
If a guest is not welcome you can use this new feature. You can use it to kick guests out. They will receive a polite message “Thank you for visiting us!”
