How to get their:

Step 1: Click the ivCAMPUS icon and enter the office.

Step 2: Then you go to an area (a floor, an open space, a building, etc.).

→ Then you automatically enter your personal room (My Office) with your personal dashboard.

The dashboard is always accessible for you (also during meetings in another room).

Like this you have always access to the most important information, e.g.

• Calendar,
• Chats
• Mails
• (and there is more to come).

Important hint: red numbers are indicating updates(!) since you are in your personal room (it’s not about the general amount, e.g. of unread messages).

Best practice - highly recommended

It’s important to stay in the office during your work. Avoid to leave this place.

There is one trick to ensure that you stay there. It requires just a couple of clicks:

• the top bar the three dots on the left of your profile image
• Select Settings

Mac:

• the App header “Microsoft Teams” and “Settings” Tab: General
