In the past sometimes when more than 1 host was in the waiting area with a visitor and one of the hosts redirected the visitor to a room, the other host remained in the waiting area, and it was not clear enough how to go back to the area again.

Exiting the visitor entrance has never been so easy. Now hosts can go back quickly and more intuitively to their area after a meeting. Don’t need to remain in the waiting area anymore.

1. You’ll receive this notification when the visitor arrives.

1. After the meeting click in “Back to area”

<aside> 💡 Tip: We recommend to direct visitors to a room, e.g. the Coffee & Tea corner, and not hold the meetings at the visitor entrance. It is much more polite to bring guests to the office.

The “Back to area” button is useful for the inviter in those cases where a visitor leaves before having the chance of redirecting them to a room.
