2. Choose the camera device you are using.

2. In ivCAMPUS: Choose camera

After allowing ivCAMPUS to access your camera please activate your camera by clicking in the icon in the top right corner. Please check this in your personal room before you have any calls.

If your camera doesn’t seem to work please choose the correct devices in the Settings of the ivCAMPUS app:

ivCAMPUS settings (”gearwheel” icon to choose camera)

Now select the device you are using. If you don’t know which one is the correct device, try multiple devices or ask your admin for help.
