2. in ivCAMPUS: Choose camera and microphone

After allowing ivCAMPUS to access your camera and microphone please activate your camera by clicking in the icon in the top right corner. Please check this in your personal room before you have any calls.

If your camera doesn’t seem to work please choose the correct devices in the Settings of the ivCAMPUS app:

Now select the device you are using. If you don’t know which one is the correct device, try multiple devices or ask your admin for help.

Display notifications in front

Please check your Mac / windows settings to ensure the browser you are using is allowed to display notifications in the front
