  2. Choose the audio device you are using.

2. In ivCAMPUS: Choose microphone

After allowing ivCAMPUS to access your microphone please activate your microphone by clicking in the icon in the top right corner. Please check this in your personal room before you have any calls.

If your microphone doesn’t seem to work please choose the correct devices in the Settings of the ivCAMPUS app:

Now select the device you are using. If you don’t know which one is the correct device, try multiple devices or ask your admin for help.
