We've done everything we can to make sure people can enter ivCAMPUS without a problem. If you or your guests are not able to see video and hear audio, it's either:
Because you have another video conferencing system running (please close MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Check your browser settings here:
A very strict firewall/proxy restrictions in larger companies.
If the firewalls are very restrictive, you need to ask your IT department to whitelist this application.
